AADE

The Client

On October 30th, Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis officially inaugurated the new headquarters of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue (AADE) in Tavros. This state-of-the-art facility is set to accommodate approximately 1,500 AADE employees, alleviating the pressure on office spaces in central Athens. A central feature of the project is the office furniture, with Meet&Co providing an array of contemporary, functional pieces, including desks and chairs, designed to create a comfortable and efficient work environment for the staff.

The Solution

The design prioritizes ergonomics, featuring high-quality ergonomic chairs that ensure comfort and productivity throughout the day. This focus on health-conscious solutions allows employees to remain comfortable while working efficiently, fostering a work environment that supports both well-being and performance.

The layout adopts an open-plan concept designed to foster collaboration and encourage spontaneous exchanges of ideas.

To balance this with the need for concentration, flexible partitions are strategically placed between workstations. These movable dividers offer employees the ability to create private workspaces when necessary while maintaining the option for seamless collaboration when the dividers are removed. This versatile approach ensures a workspace that caters to both focused, individual tasks and dynamic team interactions.

In addition, office desks were customized to meet specific client requirements, with options for different sizes, colors, and shapes.

The furniture solution extends across a range of environments, including open-plan offices, private workspaces, conference rooms, and even office phone booths, ensuring a versatile and productive atmosphere throughout the facility.
